Education experience:
Graduated from Changsha Jiaotong University in June 1990 with a Bachelor's degree in Highway and Urban Road Engineering; Graduated from the School of Civil Engineering, Hunan University in December 2000 with a Master's degree in Road and Railway Engineering; Graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology in December 2007 with a PhD in Road and Railway Engineering.
Research and work achievements:

Successfully led 4 National Natural Science Foundation general projects, 1 863 Program project, 1 National Key Research and Development Program project, and over 30 provincial and ministerial level vertical projects; Over the years, we have won 2 National Science and Technology Progress Second Prizes, 1 Provincial and Ministerial Special Prize, 8 First Prizes, and more than 20 Second and Third Prizes. We have also received 2 National Teaching Achievement Second Prizes, 5 Provincial Teaching Achievement First Prizes, and 2 Second Prizes. We have published over 200 academic papers, obtained more than 20 national patents, and authored 5 monographs and 3 textbooks.

Zheng Jianlong is an academician of the CAE Member and an expert in road engineering. Born in Shaodong County, Hunan Province in 1954. Graduated from Chang'an University with a PhD in Road and Railway Engineering in 2001. At present, he is the director of the National Engineering Research Center for Highway Maintenance Technology, the executive deputy director of the National Key Laboratory of Extreme Environment Green Long Life Road Engineering, and also the vice chairman of the China Highway Society, member of the Executive Committee of the International Road Federation, chairman of the New Think Tank Alliance of the Ministry of Transport, etc.
Academician Zheng Jianlong has long been engaged in scientific research, technological development, and engineering practice in the fields of road engineering and geotechnical engineering. He has published over 300 academic papers, authored 12 academic monographs, obtained 75 national invention patents, and participated in the compilation of 6 industry standards. Hosted and won one first prize and one second prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award; In addition, we have won one first prize for provincial and ministerial level technological invention, two special prizes for scientific and technological progress, ten first prizes, and more than ten other awards. Hosted and won 2 second prizes for national teaching achievements and 2 first prizes for provincial teaching achievements. He has successively won more than ten honors and awards, including the "Special Allowance of the State Council Government", the "Outstanding Young Expert with Outstanding Contributions", the "National Excellent Science and Technology Worker", the "Outstanding Achievement Award in Transportation Science and Technology" of the Ministry of Transport, the "Wu Fu Zhenhua Transportation Education Contribution Award" of the Ministry of Transport, the "Science and Technology Leading Talent" of Hunan Province, the "Excellent Expert of Hunan Province", and the "Guangzhao Science and Technology Award" of Hunan Province.
