OA Policy

Open Access

All articles in this journal are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-Non-Derivative 4.0 license (CC-BY-NC-ND), and once published, the articles will be immediately open and permanently available on the official website (https://zwgl.csust.edu.cn/zwgl/home) for free, allowing users to read, download, cite, copy, print, search or link to the full text of the article, or use it for other legal purposes.

Peer Review

The peer review is conducted by the reviewers of the editorial department of Sino-Foreign Highway, in the form of double-blind review. All manuscripts will be sent to no less than two peer reviewers after the initial evaluation by the editorial department, mainly to evaluate the scientificity, innovation and practicability of the paper, and finally the opinions of external reviewers will be combined with the opinions of the editor-in-chief and editor-in-chief of the editorial department to decide whether the article can be published.

Users' Right

All users should use the CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 license for the use of this journal. The Agreement allows the User to reproduce and distribute the Article, provided that: 1) the use is limited to non-commercial purposes and in addition to the distribution and dissemination of the Work in any way, 2) the User shall be qualified to link to the official publication by means of a specific DOI name and provide a link to the License, but shall not in any way imply that the Licensor endorses the User or endorses the use of the Work; and 3. the distribution of any derivative works is not permitted. This includes re-stitching articles, changing the form of publication, or building new structures on existing research materials; 4. The author and third parties enjoy the same CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 license rights. Authors have the right to store their articles in institutional repositories. Authors' Right

After the manuscript is accepted, the author needs to sign a "copyright agreement" with the editorial department to transfer the copyright to Zhongwai Highway, but has the right to allow third parties to share their article under the Creative Commons license agreement (such as stored in institutional repositories), and can also use it for other academic purposes.

Publishing Charge

In order to support open access publishing, Sino-Foreign Highway charges an Article Publishing Charge (APC), which needs to be paid by the author, his institution, and the fund-funded project. The fee is RMB 350 per edition (including mailing fee), and the manuscript evaluation fee is 200 RMB per paper.

  1. The electronic version of the journal 《JOURNAL OF CHINA&FOREIGN HIGHWAY》 is stored in the server of the journal department of Changsha University of Science and Technology, which is currently located in the library of Changsha University of Science and Technology. We take the preservation of documents very seriously. Paper journals are stored in the archives of the Journal Department of Changsha University of Science and Technology (Room A-1007, 10th Floor, Library of Changsha University of Science and Technology, No. 960, Section 2, Wanjiali South Road, Changsha City, 410114), which are well preserved. The online journal is available on the journal's website (https://zwgl.csust.edu.cn/zwgl/home).
  2. Edit Policy

The Editorial Department has the right to make technical and literal changes to the manuscript, and any changes to the original intention will be approved by the author. The author is responsible for writing.

  1. Review process

(1) Contribution: This magazine uses the remote manuscript processing system.

Please log in to https://zwgl.csust.edu.cn/zwgl/home for contributions. If you cannot submit contributions normally, please contact the editorial department (0731-85258033).Send the manuscript as an attachment to the editor's mailbox: zhongwaigonglu@vip.163.com ;. The author will receive an email receipt.

(2) Receipt: The editor receives the manuscript, assigns the manuscript number to the manuscript, and sends the manuscript number information by email.

(3) Preliminary review: Review the editor and send it to external reviewers after the review is passed. If the initial review fails, the draft is directly rejected.

(4) External audit: At least two experts are involved.

(5) Final review: The editor-in-chief makes the final review and provides the final result (review/review after modification/reject the draft) based on the external review comments.

(6) Edit: Edit, process and publish the manuscripts. For further information about the contribution, please call the editorial department.

  1. Review Time

Those who have not received the notification of manuscript handling within 3 months after receiving the receipt of manuscript are still under review. Authors who wish to contribute to other publications, please contact us. Do not submit more than one manuscript. If no acceptance is obtained after 6 months, the authors may dispose of the manuscript at their own discretion. Authors of the manuscripts that have been withdrawn should reply to each one according to the expert's opinions, and the modified parts of the revised manuscripts should be marked in different colors or under the form of lines for the convenience of expert review. If the revised manuscript is not sent back to the editorial department within one month, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal. After receiving the revised draft, the editorial department will review the draft and the editor-in-chief organizes collective discussion and finalization. If the employee is not employed for more than 3 months, the revised manuscript is not qualified, and you can handle the manuscript by yourself or contact the editorial department.

  1. Editorial Committee Contribution

Editorial board contributions must also comply with all review and editorial procedures for the journal. Editorial committee members shall not participate in the evaluation, editing and hiring of papers written by themselves, their family members and colleagues. Peer review must be conducted independently of the relevant authors, editors and their research groups.

  1. Dissenting appeal

Authors who disagree with editorial review comments can appeal. Authors are required to write "complaints" with manuscript numbers and send them to zhongwaigonglu@vip.163.com. The opinion form shall state the detailed reasons for appeal, contain a comprehensive and reasonable explanation of the reviewer's opinion, and shall become effective after being stamped by the author's unit. The editorial office will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept the appeal.

  1. Corrections and withdrawals

(1) General: Articles published online or in print were considered final. This magazine generally does not correct or withdraw published articles. The manuscript may also be changed or withdrawn where necessary (as described below).

(2) Correction: If there is an unintentional scientific error in the article that does not materially affect the results and conclusions of the article, the editorial department will publish a correction notice in the journal as soon as possible, detailing the changes made to the original text and noting the source of the article. The journal will publish a new version of the paper after correction, and the changes to the original article will be explained in detail in the new edition, indicating the update date. Versions before changes are also archived and can be obtained directly by readers, but references should be made to the latest version of the article

(3) Withdrawal: In the following cases, the editorial department will withdraw the article and issue a withdrawal statement:①When there are serious scientific errors in the article that make the results and conclusions of the article unreliable;②Articles suspected of academic falsification, plagiarism, violation of medical ethics, repeated publication, and serious defects in the publication process of the manuscript will be withdrawn once verified, and a withdrawal statement will be published. The withdrawal statement was linked to the original article in the corresponding database.

 

Data Sharing Policy

Data Sharing Policy

Policy 1:We encourage you to disclose all the experimental data in this article. If you cannot disclose the data due to confidentiality or sensitivity, please state it at the end of this document.

Policy 2:We strongly encourage you to disclose the supplementary data of the study as soon as your article is published, and to comply with legal and ethical regulations as much as possible.

Policy 3: We encourage you to provide as much of the underlying data in your article as possible. (without affecting the privacy of other participants in the study) If not, provide at least the minimum data to support the conclusions reached in the article.

Data should not be shared in any way that could compromise the privacy of research participants, and data should not be shared if sharing would require the author to violate any law or licensing agreement. If the data used is licensed from a third party, the statement should explain how the data is licensed.

If a research community in a particular field has established standards for what, where, and how data can be shared, we expect authors to meet those standards.

Although data sharing is not mandatory in most journals, the CBI reserves the right to ask you at all times to provide important data for the article so that the reproducibility of the paper's results can be verified.

How to obtain data on request

Data acquirers should do the following:

1.Send an email to the corresponding author of the paper to request relevant information.

2.Journals will evaluate requests and, where appropriate, encourage authors or their institutions to share the data, but the will not mandate data release.

3.Where appropriate, original authors were invited to participate in the reanalysis.If you have not heard back from the corresponding author after a month, email the journal editorial office.

    China-Foreign Highway adopts anonymous double-blind review system. After successful submission, the editorial department will conduct preliminary review of the manuscript.
